The main objective of this alliance is to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of both companies, reducing research and development costs.

The partnership also seeks to accelerate the time to market for new products by offering a wider range of vehicles in a shorter period of time.

  • Vehicle development: The companies will work together on the development of new models of passenger and commercial vehicles, both combustion and electric and hydrogen.
